To start the gentleman at the other end of the phone was completely compassionate and polite. We usually do business with a local florist, but I think I am going to make a change! Not only did they give me what I asked for in my selection but delivered when I asked. Gorgeous arrangement lovely choices! NOT your typical floral arrangements!
